Eilish McColgan cruised to victory in the women’s race at the Vitality London 10,000, finishing with a time of 31:36. Not bad for someone who just placed 15th in the Olympics! Lucy Reid took second (32:17), followed by Lily Reid (32:37).

In the men’s race, Jack Rowe grabbed the win with a solid 29:14, leaving Seyfu Jamaal and Tewelde Menges to round out the podium. Jamaal came in at 29:42, with Menges close behind at 29:55.

The 10km course gave runners some awesome views, passing by iconic spots like Big Ben, St. Paul’s, and Buckingham Palace. Not a bad backdrop for a Sunday morning run.
